4. Deposit & Payments

7711cuci supports multiple payment methods for fast and secure deposits. Available methods include FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Hong Leong, Public Bank), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and select cryptocurrencies.

  • Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM 20 or equivalent, depending on the chosen payment method.
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except for crypto deposits which will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate.
  • Processing: Deposits via FPX and DuitNow are credited instantly. Other methods may take up to 30 minutes.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
  • Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash — they must first be wagered in accordance with the applicable rollover requirements.
  • The standard rollover requirement is between 10x and 30x depending on the bonus type. Full terms can be found on the Promotions.
  • Using multiple accounts or other methods to abuse the bonus system will result in cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. It is subject to rollover requirements and a validity period as specified in the offer terms. Failure to meet the rollover requirement within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated wins being forfeited.

6.3 Cashback & VIP Bonus

Weekly cashback and VIP bonuses are calculated based on a member's wagering activity within the defined period. 7. Rules Games

  • The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical error.

8. Conduct Member

  • Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
  • Confirmed cases of bonus abuse.
  • Voluntary account closure request by the member.
  • Decisions based on responsible gaming policy, including self-exclusion requests.

When an account is closed due to a breach of terms, 7711cuci reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account, including any unclaimed bonuses or wins. Account closures not caused by a breach of terms will allow members to withdraw their remaining balance, subject to appropriate investigation and verification.

  • Any decisions made by members based on information available on the platform.

  • Unauthorised access to an account resulting from a member's failure to safeguard their security credentials.
